  • Parents as Arts Partners
    Parents As Arts Partners (PAAP) is a unique family arts program that engages parents in hands-on, interactive arts education activities with their children, including workshops with teaching artists and school arts teachers as well as visits to cultural organizations.
     
  • Arts Education Action Network
    Our growing group of NYC public school parents and community members are concerned that fewer and fewer schools have the arts education our children are entitled to by law. We work with elected officials, organizations, and individuals to achieve the quality K-12 arts education our children deserve. Join us! 
     
  • Arts Powered Learning Family Module
    Arts Powered Schools are schools in which the arts are an integral part of all students’ education. CAE has developed the concept of Arts Powered Schools as well as the tools and resources to help transform any school into a center of arts learning. These modules contain tools and strategies to develop, implement, and sustain Arts Powered Learning; information about the benefits of and need for arts educationl; and tips on how to advocate for the arts in your school.
     
  • Parent Guides
    CAE’s Parent Guides are an invaluable action tool, providing parents with easy-to-understand information and tips on how to advocate for arts education in their children’s schools. Parent guides are available for Pre-K-2, 3-5, 6-8 and High School and are published in English and Spanish.
